Why?

We should look into the lead provider API more and how transfers are treated. We're looking at changing the journey slightly for schools.

We know changes and transfers can be difficult, but need to find out how. If there aren't any massive issues, we should decide to leave it as is.

Feedback the basics of how it works
Feedback how they impact potential designs of the journey for schools
