Description

The issues are as follows, ranked by size

Extra Small

[x] Add back link
[x] Add terms as a decimal
[x] Change when did [teacher name] finish induction with you to 'please enter the date [teacher name] moved from [AB name]'
[x] Add hint text on number of terms which states 'For example, one and a half terms would be 1.5 terms'

Small

[x] Add help text under 'how many terms of induction did [teacher name] spend with you?'. Text should say: Please make sure to enter partial terms as a decimal number. Decimals represent partial terms the early career teacher has spent undergoing induction. A term and a half should be inputted as 1.5 terms.
[ ] If user tried to input any number below 1 there should be an error message 'Partial terms can only be recorded after completing a full term of induction. If the early career teacher has done less than one full term of induction they cannot record partial terms and the number inputted should be 0.'

trying to release an ECT without ongoing induction periods
trying to release an ECT with multiple ongoing induction periods

Should we show an error or redirect to an error page?

Should we show an error or redirect to an error page?

Error, not error page

if they have 0 they can't release them, they're already released
if they have >1 they're in a error state, if we close one their induction will still be ongoing. It needs an error so we see it in Sentry and can investigate

Enter partial terms of induction as a decimal number. For example, one term and a half should be given as 1.5 terms.

And links to any guidance or etc can be added later?

Copy will be updated to cover error message when they are trying to release a user without an induction period,.
