Analysing feedback from Manage Training For Early Careers Teachers survey

Why?

The current 'Manage Training for Early Career Teachers' service has an online survey attached which allows users to provide feedback on the service and any pain-points / challenges they experience when navigating through. We need to review and analyse the most recent feedback coming in from that survey, so that we avoid replicating any of the same issues in our new service.

What?

• [ ] Locate/review past research and analysis so as not to repeat unnecessarily
• [x] Prioritise analysing the transfers related
• [ ] Review / analyse data
• [ ] Produce research outputs
• [ ] Mini team playback - what does it mean for ECF2?
• [ ] Broader research playback (CPD wide)

When?

Edit: to be worked on alongside usability round 3 testing prep - as and when there is time (decision made in meeting on 26.11.24). Playback TBC depending on how much time to look at this before Christmas.

Pulled out transfers related feedback onto the transfers UR board - had a brief discussion with team in the context of a meeting to decide on research priorities and sequencing prior to Christmas - the results of which can be found here. During the meeting it was decided to de-prioritise this task in favour of prepping for usability testing for round 3. Rosie will be looking at it when possible alongside test preparation.
