Decide the best way to handle 'rollover' in Register early career teachers #814

Why?

In ECF1, schools can roll over their partnerships from previous years once they've been submitted by lead providers and delivery partners. This has been fairly popular - it reduces work for lead providers.

One painpoint is that they cannot rollover partnerships from more than 1 year ago, e.g. where they didn't have any ECTs for a year.

We need to consider this for how partnerships and setting up lead providers and schools work together.

What?

Decide how to treat rollover from ECF1, hopefully dealing with painpoints above.

Need to think about when you can't rollover, but the lead provider or delivery partner aren't working in the new academic year.

At the moment rollover doesn't work with a gap. Would be helpful to say 'Your last partnership was x, is it still x'.

When the rollover isn't available, it doesn't say that in ECF1 at the moment. It would be helpful for it to, to reduce support tickets and confusion for schools. Email pingpong with the SIT currently, where LP and DP combos are no longer available.
