Context

statuscake monitoring alerts not using the correct notification group ssl check missing

Update statuscake monitoring

I've also removed the /healthcheck path from basic_auth. If this is an issue, will have to update the statuscake module to pass basic_auth creds

Guidance to review

make staging terraform-plan make production terraform-plan

check /healthcheck.json on the review app (basic auth not required)

the staging ssl check can be removed before merge. Just used it for testing.
