Context

The Data and Insights team are doing some work across the whole of Teacher Services to enable sensitive PII to be hidden in Big Query.

Changes proposed in this pull request

  1. upgrade dfe-analytics from v1.12.7 to v1.14.2
  2. copy the contents of analytics_pii.yml to analytics_hidden_pii.yml
  3. update contents of analytics_pii.yml to: :shared: {}
