Add link to Service Standard to each standard within the report #305

Feedback:

Could there be a link to the service standard from the relevant assessment page for each standard?

Or a summary of the standard and what is expected/I am looking for here rather than sending me off to a different page to remind myself what a standard is about? Give me the help I need in the place and at the time I need it?
