Problem with 'Support' (https://technical-guidance.education.gov.uk/infrastructure/support/)

Half of the links on the page do not work and the user experience and user journey seems to be broken or not well maintained.

On raising a request the request itself seems to go into a black hole with no audit or traceability to the submitting user
