Docs - Explain Design Concepts more clearly #88

Problem

The curent version of the docs already describes the layer design, but other elements like the State design pattern, how connections and devices are attributes of devices and fixtures etc is not described at all, which makes it tough for new comers to follow some concepts.

Task

Describe the other design decisions as well in some page. Make make an extra page for it and move the layer description there as well.

Should be rewritten to accomodate the current situation.
