Feature Request: Inspect world tiles to see plants, ores, etc... #2701

Would like to have a Before Embark command that could show the list of what to expect on selected tiles after embarking. For example: 1) Plants (Gatherable, Trees, Grass type). Too many times desired plant wasn't growing on promised biome. (Hemp in Temperate, Sliver Barb in evil, etc...) 2) Ore List (Sometimes you embark and too late you can realize that there is no Bituminous coal underground) Or you just want Marble instead of Limestone 3) Evil biome Hazards: Like Resurrecting Aura, Disgusting Rains, Undead Fauna. Most embarks on evil biome result in you having dead plants only. Would like to know if my embark will have real FUN

These are some good ideas for prospect's pre-embark mode, once we get it working
