suggestion as received: "bancooking extended so that it would allow cooking use of dwarven wine, etc, if there was more than (say 500) of it in stock and then reban it"

my interpretation: a tool that enables and disables cooking use of various ingredients based on configurable thresholds

Same idea here came up in discord yesterday: kitchenwatch instead of (or in addition to) seedwatch. Basically watch every cookable and allow them in the kitchen if above a set threshold; for when you pile up 5000 barrels of dwarven beer or tallow globs and want to start cooking them but still want to avoid finding yourself without any when you actually need them.
