Bug in BrowserHistory (Firefox & Chrome parsers) #56

Describe the bug Bug when parsing Firefox & Chrome artifacts.

When parsing Firefox (places.sqlite) : Browser_History Parser: list index out of range - Line No. 14
When parsing Chrome (History) : is not JSON serializable - pushed rec. 0

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: For Firefox artifact:

Any places.sqlite file with the column visit_type in the table moz_historyvisits is 9

For Chrome artifact:

Any History file with the column hash (from my testing, always)

Expected behavior No error in parsing
