Autoruns parser missing configuration file

Describe the bug The Autoruns parser does not show up in the Kuiper parsers list, I think it is related to missing configuration file.

To Reproduce Check the parser list in Kuiper

Expected behavior The parser showing up in Kuiper and executed correctly
