Add a Web Interface #56

This uses similar technologies as the upcoming performance dashboard. Thus, it can be understood as a contribution to the discussion around that.

This extension was deemed unfit for inclusion into this main multisensor pipeline project. Reasons were that it introduces more requirements (Flask, for example), which MSP tries to minimize. Also, the code has considerable complexity and thus introduces a maintenance burden, which seems too risky for this mission-critical software project. Instead, this code was provided as a stand-alone software project. For purposes of discussing the extension, the code is provided on the internal GitLab instance of the DFKI. Later it should be published here on GitHub.
