fake_localization not working in noetic #87

Hi, and first of all thanks a lot for this great repository! It is of great help!

I have a problem with the fake_localization node. I have it working just fine under melodic but I cannot get it to work in noetic, I am not sure whether it is an issue of the fake_localization package or the mir_robot package.

Do you have any idea about what could cause this?
