Microscope entity offset error

In longer documents the offsets seem to be slightly misaligned by one token. In this example, the types are probably just off by one token:

• "its first" -> "first quarter" (DATE)
• "on" -> "Thursday" (DATE)
• "than 10" -> "10 percent" (PERCENT)
