The adjusted full model WL forecast data seems better than the FMS adjusted WL prediction data for the TGs where the tidal amplitudes are significant (Deschaillons?, Portneuf -> STJDLR)

We can also completely get rid of the FMS code if we just stitch the NSTide predictions to the adjusted FMF signal using a slow decaying time filter.
