Add get_survey_grid() function #13

get_survey_grid() – this is low priority, but might be nice to be able to pull this in as a citation / URL from the metadata

for AFSC, survey shapefiles, including survey boundary, strata boundary, sampling grid, and bathymetry can be accessed from the akgfmaps R package (https://github.com/afsc-gap-products/akgfmaps) using the function get_base_layers()
