"Get Link" doesn't preserve current view, water velocity quivers #1130

Describe the bug Getting the link from "Get Link" misses some data. If I move to a new view and navigate to the link from "Get Link" in a different tab, the location is lost and the default position is loaded.

If I load CIOPS East, select water velocity as the variable, and choose water velocity as the quiver value, (and click "Go"), I get arrows that appear on screen. Great.

If I want to share this view with "Get Link", this data is lost. The model, variable, and quiver values are all reset.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Load CIOPS East, water velocity variable, and water velocity quiver. Click "Get Link" Copy/Paste the provided link into a new tab Notice how the same view/data is not loaded, and the default view/data is loaded.

Expected behavior When I copy the url from "Get Link", I expect that it will contain the same values that I had selected when I copied it.
