Describe the bug Running /dev quickly in succession seems to able to get Event stuck on WAIT_FOR_POS

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Join a plot (unsure)
Run dev
Move a bit
Run dev again, if you aren't teleported it broke

Expected behavior it doens't break

Checks Please check all these for more infomation with the bug.

[ ] I have tried disabling various options to see if they cause the issue, such as new ones or ones I have recently enabled.
