Serveral adjustments #5

I have adjusted 3 parts:

  1. Added Dutch translations
  2. renamed 3 blockId's, because they have the same blockid in the maqueen extension (with the new blockid they can be used at the same time)
  3. adjusted the PWM to 50 Hz and puls width from 1ms to 2ms which is used for SG90 9g servo's
