Scrubber Time Fields are sometimes 00:00:00:00 #9

When a video is loaded, the beginning and end time (on either side of scrubber) does not populate with correct values [intermittent]

This is difficult to debug (intermittence), might have been fixed, and is otherwise unnoticed / not important. Closing until further notice.
