You catch a point here. What about Syncwerk vs Seafile? From what I've found about, the chinese of Seafile do most of the dev. The germans of Syncwerk seems to mainly rebrand their work, and didn't do much of dev except having created an installer (that is used here for the MariaDB setup).
So I think it's fair to stick with Seafile – I merge your PR, thanks!
The current link redirects to Syncwerk's installer. The Syncwerk repository is separate from the official Seafile one. I have replaced the link to redirect to Seafile's source code repository. The link to the repo is a good reference, especially if someone wants to install Seafile Pro using this tool.
