Request: Disable included effects #239

I would like to have a way to remove or disable the included effects. For example, the Bonus Action and Reaction effects are automatically assigned whenever an actor uses a feature with one of those properties. However, I don't have a use for those effects, and I find the chat messages/icons for them distracting and confusing. I'd prefer to just turn them off.

That automatic assignment is not handled by me, but likely midi. You should be able to disable it in its settings.
