No Effect Description available #257

Describe the bug The Effect Description box is not present when creating or editing any effect

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Edit Effect
  2. There is no Effect Description box

Expected behavior Images from the demos and wiki show that there should be one

Additional context Foundry V11.302, Version 5.02 of convient effects

I'm not seeing this with the default sheet. Are you using the DAE active effect sheet or the default one from Foundry? I see this issue when using the DAE one, but that would be an issue for that repo, not this one.
