Removes that pesky extra <p></p>
Adds classes and some styling options for css (that is opinionated, so I can remove it).

Hey @thatlonelybugbear does this also resolve the missing descriptions in the new editor? Any descriptions added prior to the new editor being implemented aren’t showing up in the editor but still appear on the chat card.

Nope. There is another issue for that, but I haven't dived in that at all.

I saw a point in the code that checks for the description text and I can take a look soon to help if I can
