Start map with a view of the current day #17

When loading the page, the map starts with a view of the data from January 28th, when there were hardly any infections at all. It would be good, if the map (and the time-slider) would start with the latest day in the data.

If the play button is clicked, the slide would then need to jump back to the first day for which there is data (28th of January, apparently).

What would be good to have upon loading (except that it would also be nice to have the whole of Germany in the viewport, see this issue
