In the September 14th online meeting a 0.1 DGC minimum transaction fee was approved.
This is how I came up with the transaction fee schedule for blockchain data storage, it's based on multiples of the minimum fee, assuming a minimum of 0.1 to start with.
It was also mentioned that this minimum fee can be adjusted if the value of the coin changes considerably in the future.
