map estimation is currently incomplete #1

The map estimation (on the map branch?) does not include the estimation if the initial condition, (V_0), so that needs to be included.

Also, there is no uncertainty quantification, so that needs to be computed from the posterior samples.

It would be nice to have all of this information exported into a table format that is easy to put into the LaTeX. For this, consider the use of the latextable package

on the map demo branch there is now the initial condition and uncertainty quantification and within-host r0 is used as a high-level comparison between our estimates and Ke's
