Suggestion: open doors on movement as default like modern Angband and Nethack #47

This is an accessibility suggestion. Angband and Nethack have "open doors on movement" as default. Maybe using this as default in Unangband would make the game more accessible to newcomers and people coming from modern Nethack or Angband. Advanced players have an easier time finding the option to turn this off than new players finding the option to turn it on.
