Right now the description implies that all I need to do is stand next to a fire or smoke and I can teleport 20 squares away. What I think the description fails to mention is that the exit location must also contain fire or smoke. I've been sitting here making fires trying to teleport, but I never teleported 20 squares away. My feeling is that the spell works as designed, but its description is misleading. It should be made clear to players that both the starting and the ending point must contain fire/smoke.
