Nightly build doxygen documentation not updated

The nightly build of the documentation was lastly generated at November 7th (see http://dgtal.org/doc/nightly/index.html ).

;) I use rsync to push the doc and it transfers file only when they have changed..

Ok for the intro page but the nightly build is still in 0.9.3beta and some new features are missing. For example:

• ParDirCollapse is in the stable API documentation ( http://dgtal.org/doc/stable/classDGtal_1_1ParDirCollapse.html ) but not in the nightly build.
• following #1260, the new method getLinesElementsFromFile() is not visible in the documentation of TableReader of the nightly build ( http://dgtal.org/doc/nightly/structDGtal_1_1TableReader.html ).

But is it not the same key as the one used for the release documentation ?

The key is the same but within Travis, the process is slighlty different (keys must be encrypted) and I need to double check the config
