Integration with Zenodo.org #903

Correct me if I am wrong but right now DGtal is not integrated with Zenodo.org? If so there are plans to do so for 0.8? I ask thus I would like to refer to 0.8 via DOI number when it will be released.

Everything has been set up for Zenodo but we just have to do a release to get a DOI
