People are left at 0 hp

Describe the bug Zombies do not infect people at all. Zombies & 049 and anything else that hurts a player leaves him at 0hp and cannot die.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. shoot/attack/infect anyone
2. player cannot die even at 0 hp (no god mode enabled)

Expected behavior The player gets infected and eventually dies, thus becoming 049-2.
