Adds link-color override to main.less. Closes #114 #116

The @link-color variable has been updated to #428bca, to increase contrast and make links more easily identifiable (link and body text color now have a contrast ratio of 3.48:1).

Also includes the dist/ version of dhbox.css. This build uses Bootstrap v3.3.5 which introduces additional CSS modifications.

I'm happy to make any changes to this PR and resubmit if necessary. Thanks!

This changes our "brand color" for the links, but accessibility is more important. If there's not a better option I'm happy to include this.
