Data registry UI

Key features:

• list all available data registry items on dedicated page
• introduce new registry item features: tags & notes
• enable users to search for items (search checks item name, tags, and notes)
• allow users to add new items to the data registry
• allow users to remove existing item from registry
• allow users to edit item description (i.e. name, tags, and notes)

currently missing:

• search (e.g. by name and possibly by tags & note contents)
• remove (e.g. by ID)
• update (e.g. by submitting ID + updated content)

• list all available data registry items on dedicated page YES (with pagination)
• introduce new registry item features: tags & notes NO
• enable users to search for items (search checks item name, tags, and notes) NO (only filtering by data item types is supported see this filter properties)
• allow users to add new items to the data registry YES (a very basic version limited by what kiara can provide at the moment)
• allow users to remove existing item from registry NO
• allow users to edit item description (i.e. name, tags, and notes) NO
