Hi Team "DHBW Experts",

We really like the concept of your app, especially as it is connected to the premise of ours as well (DHBWorld app), and maybe we can even cooperate at some point too. You seem to be avid to be able to distribute the app on android as well as iOS, which makes sense. How do you intend to publish the app via iOS, do you want to use the App Store (especially with the restrictions regarding new App Development) or do you have another way in mind? Another point would be the authentication, which you said is supposed to be only possible with DHBW student email addresses. Do you mean that only those email addresses are permitted when first creating a new account, or that you would like your app to be connected to the already existing DHBW-network with the same password as well?

Hello DHBW Experts, your concept looks pretty well thought. We like your diagramm of the used technology stack. We would have liked to hear some more about your decision for Angular, what where the main arguments? A little description for the roles would also be usefull. Hey DHBWorld Team!

Thanks for your feedback and your questions! Although we plan develop an iOS App as well as an Android App, we won't be able to deploy it to the iOS AppStore due to restrictions for Developers without a 99$ Developer Account. Instead, we will release the App separately, so users can install it manually (via sideloading on iOS). Unfortunately, the app will be deleted automatically within a couple of days, as iOS devices won't allow unsigned Apps to be installed permanently. Our iOS app will therefore just be a prove of concept. Android APKs on the other hand can be manually installed without any problem. To ensure that only DHBW students can use our App, we will require an @student.dhbw-karlsruhe.de email address. During the registration process every user must click on a registration link in an email we will send to them.

Hey nEXam Team

Thanks for your feedback! We chose Angular as our fronend-technology because one of our team members already has some experience with it. There aren't many other arguments to be honest :D We will assign more roles within the next couple of days and write a corresponding description :)
