Note that https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/3317 has to be merged and QGIS 2.16.1 released before this plugin will work with QGIS 2.16.

QGIS PR hasn't been merged before 2.16.1 release so I made some more modifications to work with existing Processing 2.16 implementation.
