Create a proper doccumentation for the library package #9

It would be nice to have a nicely done documentation for the package. The documentation will stand as an entry point for any devs that will use our package both from npm and GitHub packages.

The showcase for the components will be on the production side of the Gras Storybook https://storybookdev.z6.web.core.windows.net
