Dfsu subdomain merge example #716

Added Dfsu - Merge subdomain files.ipynb which illustrates how to merge dfsu files from subdomains (e.g. discontinued simulations in MIKE 21 FM).

Added small dfsu files in testdata folder (4x 18 kb from MIKE BedResistance example).
