Q&A增加 lazy-load database解決方法 #16

載入套件時，出現以下錯誤訊息: library(emr) Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘emr’ in get(Info[i, 1], envir = env): lazy-load database 'xxxx/dplyr.rdb' is corrupt

重開R可解決，建議在說明文件的Q&A部份加上這個教學
