Create shortcuts in NSIS install. #12

This is in progress. Currently an explorer view of the folders containing the commands will be used. Subsequently individual commands by task period could be created. It is currently not stable enough to proceed until all the action verbs and state change commands are done.

This was Completed but now needs updating.

Don't do this until the changes for designating volume types is completed. The design is still open. It could be done:

  1. Using settings yours,
  2. Via a console command,
  3. or via a C# form.

I'm still on the fence.
