Update go.mod #42

This is required to allow to use go-plist as a module. A tagged release would be also appreciated.

Thanks for your contribution!

The official import path for this package is howett.net/plist, and if you use that path no changes are required.

This has been discussed in #40, #39, #38, and #22 (specifically here).
