Can't use ! character in entry.plist label #4

When I use this entry.plist (with label = Moo!; ) http://pastie.org/6202345 The preference bundle don't show up in Settings.app. Same issue if I put the exclamation mark anywhere in the label field. However when removed everything is fine.

Wrap "Moo!" in quotes. This is due to the OpenSTeP property list format.
