Droplet selection (i.e. singlets) #2

Current algorithm for finding droplets selects too many droplets (eg 16973 vs 13759) relative to the algorithm used in the proprietary software. Probably need to prune doublets/triplets (high width).

Even selecting singlets by width/height still gives too many droplets.
