Add option to add non-image values to display sets

Display sets in reader studies can be used to provide default answers, but there is currently no way to add these via the gcapi. The creation of display set and adding interface values to it should be atomic, currently when adding interface values fails, we are left with an empty display set, which leads to errors in Grand Challenge.
