above the fold critical css for specific themes #532

Currently we have critical css for a single theme. This results in the blue coloring to be loaded first on the cara website that has a different theme then diag.

For now i solved this by not having critical css on the cara website through the NO_CRITICAL_CSS = True setting in pelican config for cara website.

In the future it would nice to have critical css for each theme
