Update metadata templates to coincide with metalnx development #25

For metalnx issues around metadata templates in https://github.com/irods-contrib/metalnx-web/issues/44, and implemented by an irods-ext database based reference implementation in https://github.com/DICE-UNC/jargon-irods-ext/issues/3.

This updates the old JSON files based MD Template implementation to shift to the database view and integrates into the MetaLnx application.
