Glyco-Decipher crashed after starting to run #4

The interface disappeared after "Running MS-GF+to Get PSM from De-glyco Peak Spectrum". It happened every time when we tried to test with different datasets, even with the demo data. Could you have any suggestions to get it running? Screenshot (27) Screenshot (28)

Dear doggygugu, we re-test Glyco-Decipher with the latest released version and demo data, and it worked well as the screenshot shown below: Snipaste_2024-03-06_23-30-40

One of our users has also reported the error before, and suggested that it was caused by an additional need of AVX support in computer processor. He solved the problem by running Glyco-Decipher in another PC. We are very willing to send you another license if you want to try Glyco-Decipher in another PC.

Please run Glyco-Deicpher in another PC, and send the serial number to us. The license is generated base on serial number of each PC.
