When I looked for a description in the documentation, I felt it was perhaps in the wrong place and it was incomplete. I found the description of the “Components of Variance” in the “Methods section”, but maybe a more visual description of the output could be put in the “Input and output section” and the two sections can reference each other.

Please update the documentation.

Rewrite output files section, compile manuals, and upload to github.

Add table in 4.2.3 Analyze All Modalities page to explain BDG table. After check it, we can close this issue.
